SalesFrank is building Germany's first fully autonomous AI SDR - an AI that independently runs cold outreach, qualifies leads, and books first meetings. Fully automated. Our first voice agent is already live, booking meetings for SMBs every day - without a single human call.

To turn Frank from a phone AI into a truly autonomous sales rep that finds leads on its own and reaches out across multiple channels (email, phone, and more), we're looking for an engineer to build that with us.

Your Profile: Product Engineer Through and Through

At SalesFrank, nobody tells you what to build. You start from the customer problem, develop solutions, and measure your success by whether they create real value - not by how elegant the code is.

  • Product mindset - You take ownership far beyond the code. You understand the problem before you build the solution.
  • Customer focus - You want to understand how sales teams work, where they fail, and how AI can do this job better than a human.
  • Tech stack - You're a full-stack engineer with solid experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and React. Experience with LLM integration and voice AI is a real plus - not a requirement.
  • Bias toward experimentation - You validate first, build second. You find the fastest path to proof before writing scalable software.
  • Pragmatism - You know how much effort any piece of code deserves - and you make that call yourself.
  • Native-level German - We're building a voice AI agent for the German-speaking market. A fine sense for language and nuance isn't a nice-to-have here - it's essential.

What You'll Do

  • Research & customer closeness - You'll develop a deep understanding of our target customers' pain points - through direct conversations, close collaboration with the founding team, and your own research.
  • Product discovery - You'll form hypotheses, test them quickly, and turn the results into sound product decisions.
  • Software development - You'll build features end-to-end - from architecture to release - with the right balance of speed and scalability.
  • Tracking & data - You'll define which metrics matter for your area of ownership and make sure you can always argue from data.
