How does the balance work?
Like a prepaid card: you top up an amount in euros to your account. Your call minutes (€0.36/min), the phone number (€15/month) and voice cloning (€99) are deducted from it. You always see your real remaining balance - no abstract points system.
Is there a subscription or a minimum term?
No. There's no subscription and no contract commitment. You top up a balance whenever you need it and start calling. Nothing runs in the background you have to cancel.
How does the price compare to other solutions?
If you want AI for your outbound sales, most other providers require a custom-built setup: automation workflows, CRM integration, automatic follow-up calls, your own reporting. That quickly costs several thousand euros - and the user experience is noticeably worse. With Frank, all of that is included from day one: one price, all features, ready to go in under 10 minutes.
Does my balance expire?
No. As long as your account is active, your balance is preserved - even over months.
How is billing calculated?
Call time costs €0.36 per minute, billed to the second. You're only charged for calls that were actually connected - you never pay for unanswered calls.
Frank scales with you and your business
The more you top up, the more you get for free. The volume discount is automatically credited to you as extra minutes - so it's not that every minute suddenly costs less, but that you get more minutes on top with your top-up. Example: for €1,999 you get 6,448 minutes instead of 5,552 (effectively €0.31/min), for €4,999 you get a full 19,996 minutes instead of 13,886 (effectively €0.25/min). And the bigger you grow with Frank, the more personal service you get on top - from ongoing campaign optimization to close support for your team.
What's the minimum top-up?
The first top-up is at least €499. That's about 1,386 minutes of call time. After that you can top up any amount at any time.
How many calls can Frank make at the same time?
Up to 100 parallel conversations at once - included in every account. So in peak months you can work through an entire campaign in hours instead of weeks, and simply throttle back down in quieter phases.
What does the one-on-one onboarding include?
We guide you through joint video calls until Frank is live: a 30-minute onboarding session where we set up your account and starting balance together, help setting up your first campaign (incl. prompt creation & review), and a weekly 15-minute check-in in the first month where we improve Frank together with you, week by week. Value: around €400. From a €899 top-up, it's free. (If you need custom development or deep system integration beyond that, our team can help - see /setups.)
What does a custom voice cost?
A one-time voice clone costs €99 and is deducted from your balance. After that, Frank calls using your own voice.
Are prices net or gross?
All prices are net, plus applicable VAT.
