Everything new at Frank
We keep you in the loop: every release, every improvement and every bugfix lands here - chronologically and transparently.

Number rotation, free account and two fixes
- Number rotation: you can now assign several phone numbers to a campaign, and SalesFrank spreads the calls evenly across them. You will find it under Options → Call settings via "Add number".
- This lifts your answer rate twice over: your numbers get flagged as spam less often by the carriers' algorithms, because no single number carries the entire volume. And the same person is called from a different number on the next attempt - instead of a fourth call from the one they have started to ignore.
- Rotation is being rolled out in stages over the course of the week. If you cannot see "Add number" yet, your user group is not up yet.
- Free account: you can now create a SalesFrank account completely free of charge and get familiar with the platform at your own pace. For August only, we are adding 10 € in starting credit so you can make your first test calls yourself right away.
- Microsoft Bookings: the connector has been fixed, appointment booking runs smoothly again.
- Email notifications: the status "unclassified" can now be picked as a condition - so you also catch the calls that were not assigned a clear outcome.
Use "Add number" to bring more numbers into the rotation. - New
New prompt generator, built on Claude Opus 5
- The prompt generator has been rebuilt from the ground up and now runs on Claude Opus 5 - the results are a clear step up from the previous generator. You get two paths to choose from.
- "Create prompt": the generator walks you through your use case step by step and writes both the prompt and the opening message - based on the best practices we have collected across thousands of conversations over the past months.
- "Improve prompt": you select real conversations from your agent, and the prompt is sharpened using those transcripts. Your agent keeps training on its own calls instead of you tuning it by hand.
- Variables in the generator are now collapsed by default, keeping the interface tidy.
Two paths to a prompt: have one written, or improve it from real conversations. - ImprovedNew
Better audio quality and more reliable results
- We keep improving the core of the AI phone agent: through our integration with ai-coustics, background and ambient noise is filtered out before the AI listens. The cleaner the input, the more accurate the response - especially on calls from noisy environments.
- AI data extraction from conversations is around 30% more reliable. You can lean on the extracted results far more confidently.
- New "unclassified" status: when the AI cannot clearly assign a conversation to a result, it no longer quietly lands in some category but is flagged as unclassified. You can see at a glance where a look at the transcript is worth it - instead of reviewing every conversation.
- Voicemail detection: when Frank reaches a voicemail, we detect it and charge only 10% of a regular call. A voicemail never becomes a sales opportunity, so it should cost you next to nothing.
- Test calls now cost half of a regular call. We were able to cut our costs significantly and are passing that on directly.

Lead progress, Placetel and smaller improvements
- Progress bar on the leads page: see at a glance how many leads have been called and how many are still open - no more counting through the list.
- Placetel joins the supported phone systems: import your number via SIP username and SIP password, the registrar is set automatically.
- Analytics: the "call status" column is gone - it always showed "completed" anyway and only took up space.
- Importing long variables: row height in the table now stays constant instead of jumping.
- Calendar: the "placeholder email" field is gone. We now fill in the email address you registered with automatically.
The progress bar shows how many leads have already been called.
Placetel numbers can now be imported directly. - NewImprovedFixed
